Where is the Twilight Cast Going to Be?

Well it looks like they are turning up everywhere!

Peter Facinelli is hitting the Arizona State Fair, and TwiFans and Cullen Boys Anonymous have a ticket giveaway.

Alex Meraz, Edi Gathegi, and Chaske Spencer are in Altantic City at Harrahs.

Kellan Lutz is at a hockey game in Peoria.

Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene are in Las Vegas at Tao.

Jackson Rathbone Gives Taylor Lautner a Thumbs Up

When asked about what makes Taylor Lautner’s performance in New Moon so compelling, Jackson made it known that it’s not just the abs. Of course the abs grab your attention, but it is more than that.

“Taylor Lautner really stands out in this film, and I think people are going to be really blown away by his performance,” Rathbone said. “You have these great moments that Jacob just completely is winning over Bella. And it’s just beautiful to see it. It’s all in their eyes.”

Oh, The Horror! The Twilight Cast’s Screaming Past

The low-budget horror flick, Summer’s Blood, that Ashley Greene made prior to Twilight is coming to DVD on November 10th according to EW’s Pop Watch.

Now Ashley doesn’t need to worry. She’s not the only Twilight star to make a horror flick that went right to DVD. Jen Amato over on FearNet has run down the horror movies that are in the Twilight casts’ credits. Our personal favorite is this one where Billy Burke is chasing giant Komodo dragons.

Robert Pattinson: Total Film Interview

Robert Pattinson sat down with Total Film to give them some insight into New Moon and his life.

Total Film: What sort of arc does Edward go through this time?

“He’s always talking in the first one. “I need to make the right decision. I need to do stuff for you, for you, for you.” And he makes a decisive move, which is to leave her, and he completely believes it’s for her own good.

But in his heart, he obviously realises it’s completely wrong. And it takes him the whole movie to realise the profundity of his mistake. So that’s what his arc his.

The world forces him to realise he needs to be with Bella, and there’s no way around it”

Extended Jacob’s Transformation Clip

The official name is Jacob’s transformation, but we like to think of it as the Jacob and Paul transformation. This was just put up on the Summit Channel.

Cake Eaters Blog Lobbies For Oscar Nomination

The Cake Eaters blog is rallying to bring Kristen Stewart’s performance in The Cake Eaters wider recognition. They hope this then leads to an Oscar nomination for Kristen Stewart.

The Cake Eaters, directed by Mary Stuart Masterson. According to their official site,  “‘The Cake Eaters’ is a quirky, small town, ensemble drama that explores the lives of two interconnected families coming to terms with love in the face of loss.” Kristen Stewart plays “Georgia Kaminski, a terminally ill teenage girl wanting to experience love before it’s too late…”

Jackson Rathbone: Jasper’s Flashback

Jackson Rathbone talked to MTV on the set of his new movie, The Girlfriend.  Jackson gave them the rundown of some things to expect in Eclipse.

“I got to go back into my old roots, got to ride some horses again, which was nice. Got to put these riding boots to use, which is good,” Rathbone said, motioning to his boots. “I actually can ride a horse…It was just really fantastic to get to delve in there and to get to don[sic] all the Civil War regalia and whatnot. That was a pleasure. I had to wear this wool suit of a major, cavalry major.  I got the big hat and everything. Hop off the horse, bow to these ladies, and then I get eaten. And then I get turned!”

From the rest of the interview, it’s pretty clear that Jackson’s key scenes mirror the novel. Check out more details on MTV.

Vanity Fair Interviews Kiowa Gordon

Vanity Fair has put up their interview with Kiowa Gordon. Judging from Chaske Spencer’s Twitter account, we should eventually be hearing from him too.

How would you all get revved up before a scene?

We just took off our robes, put our game faces on, and did what we do best.

So you spent a fair amount of time being topless.

Yeeeeep! It was really freezing when we first got to Vancouver.

What was your favorite scene to shoot?

I call it the “muffin scene.” It’s right after Bella finds out we’re all werewolves, and we take her to Emily’s house while Jacob, Paul, and Sam are off in the woods taking care of some wolf business.”
