Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Hale) is teaming up with his Twilight on-screen sis Nikki Reed (Rosalie Hale) and her hubby Paul McDonald for a Dec. 5 concert at Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles at 7:00 p.m.
