Male TwiHard Wrapping Up His Column

Next Movie’s Male TwiHard is wrapping up his two-year Twilight column. Today he has an A-Z retrospective on what it’s been like.

Bloggers

You would think that “Twilight” bloggers are shut-ups who only eat Lipton soup, own 12 cats and cry every night in front of Access Hollywood. However, everyone I’ve met seems normal, social, has a sense of humor and is (very) willing to talk about other topics besides Team Jacob.

Shake Weight

I bought a Shake Weight for my costumes as Member of the Wolf Pack Who No One Calls. One, it didn’t get as big a reaction as I was hoping for at the Convention Costume Contest. Two, Shake Weights are a lot harder than you’d think.

Summit Confirms: No the Dance Scene Isn’t After the Credits

Both Kellan Lutz and Nikki Reed talked in recent interviews about a special scene at the end of Breaking Dawn 2. Somehow in the vast game of telephone that interviews can become this information morphed into a spoof, dance-off, prank on Bill Condon that the actors did would be tacked onto the end of the film.

Summit clarified the following to EW

Nikki Reed speculated to Perez Hilton that she thought the end could be a dance that 150 members of the cast performed one day on set as a surprise to Condon. But not so fast! Summit has confirmed to EW that this dance scene (which does indeed exist) is not in the final cut of the film. For now, the mystery continues…

We personally think it likely that the dance sequence would make a DVD extras thing. As for what the last item is, guess away.

Mad Magazine Spoofs Twilight For the Second Time

The iconic MAD magazine is spoofing Twilight again. Some of you may remember back in 2010 when MAD did a feature inside an issue.

Now Breaking Dawn has the cover slot. Access Hollywood has the full details.

MAD Magazine Editor in Chief John Ficarra said the “Breaking Dawn” stars were “unavailable” to pose for the cover for variety of reasons.

“We tried to get celebrity help with this cover, but of the three, the werewolf was the only one that was approachable,” he joked in a statement to Access Hollywood. “We really wanted to get Robert Pattinson involved, but didn’t have the budget for an eyebrow wrangler.”

Adding, “We were all set up to work with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, but they had to cancel because it conflicted with their weekly Brooding Lesson.”

Check out the issue, due out on October 23, which will spoof all five of “The Twilight Saga” movies.

The Q & A is in Spanish, but Chaske repeats everything in English so it’s easy to understand in either language.
