100 Monkeys Hit Philly

This weekend 100 Monkeys are playing in Philadelphia. There are two shows on Saturday at Khyber. Tickets are $10 a person. The good news is that they are playing at 3:00 and a 9:00 on Saturday, and the 3:00 is open to any age. The 9:00 show is 21+.

You can buy tickets in advance online. Given the band’s popularity, we’d recommend getting the tickets in advance!

Hope to see you there!

100 Monkeys Head East

For those of you who have been really jealous of those on the West Coast and their various opportunities to hear 100 Monkeys play, be jealous no more. The band has a bunch of East Coast gigs coming up. The first batch is in and around the Philadelphia area where Jackson is currently filming The Last Airbender.

The good news is that at least one show is open to all ages, so under 21’s no worries there. Some other shows involve a cover minimum. Jackson also hinted in the video below that perhaps more are in the works. He name dropped Texas and NYC as well as how the band has gotten fans to help them obtain a few gigs.

See the band’s MySpace for full details.

New Moon Cast Supports: 100 Monkeys

Vancity Allie scored some tickets and passes to the 100 Monkeys gig in Vancouver last night.  The New Moon cast was their in droves to support Jackson Rathbone and his band.

According to Vancity Allie:

“I can’t even begin to tell you how nice the cast was. They asked for us to wait to take photos until mainly after the show because they didn’t want to take the spotlight from Jackson’s band, and they were incredibly kind, classy, and friendly. And they mostly hung out in the crowd all night, just enjoying the show like everyone else. Mindblowing! Kudos, Twilight cast. You really are a one-of-a-kind group. Thanks for putting up with us fans!”
