Ashley Greene: Marlow and Me

People magazine caught up with Ashley Greene and asked her about her new puppy, Marlow.

“I’m already so that girl that brings her puppy to an event. I just got her today, and I was like, ‘I can’t leave her home alone all day!…I really liked the name Harlow, but that’s Nicole Richie’s kid’s name, so I thought that might not be entirely appropriate, so I just changed the first letter.”

New Moon Actors Talk to Aussie Press

Both Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene gave recent interviews to Australian papers.

In talking to the Sun Herald Ashley Greene talks about the adjustment to filming schedules, being under the paparazzi’s lenses, and denies that she and Jackson Rathbone are dating, despite a mutual attraction. Ashley said:

“I’m still getting used to the go, go, go Hollywood lifestyle which has definitely thrown me into a realm where I’m struggling a little bit…As an actor you want people to know you and there are times you want your pictures taken, but it’s unnerving to walk out of a venue with friends and there are 20 people flashing lights in your face. Do you know how bright those lights are?”

Kristen talked to the Sunday Morning Herald, where she let them know that she loves the Land Down Under:

“I actually don’t mind Vegemite,” she says, laughing. “I know most Americans can’t stand the smell, taste or look of it but I like it…I love Australia and we have a lot of great family and friends down there. I can’t wait to get back…”

According to the Collage Ministries website, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz are scheduled to appear at the group’s October “Flatline Conference”.

According the the group’s MySpace they are “a GENERATIONAL women’s ministry. That believes in bridging the gaps between the generations. Encouraging and taking an everyday interest by investing in everyday lives! By reaching back towards the generations behind us and pulling them up alongside. As we exchange brokenness to restoration, value, and glory that only God can do. Our heart is to continue to shed light on the truth while being sensitive to where every young lady is in her spiritual walk. Through our ministry we have seen many lives changed for the better.”
