They asked celebrities who they thought should win the Teen Choice Best Smile Award (it was won later that night by Taylor Lautner) and what personally makes them smile. TJ Maxx organized this event at the Teen Choice Awards. Benefits go to Save the Children. A represntative wrote in to tell us that, “Recently, our company created a video featuring Booboo Stewart, Edi Gathegi, and Jackson Rathbone at the backstage Teen Choice Awards lounge sponsored by TJ Maxx. These three and many other celebrities (such as Beverly Mitchell, Verne Troyer, Kevin McHale, and Quinton Aaron) swung by the lounge to help Save the Children, a non-profit organization that aims to create lasting, positive change in the lives of children around the world and in our local communities. At the Teen Choice awards, which aired on FOX Monday August 9th, Booboo, Edi, and Jackson all signed tote bags to auction off on the TJ Maxx Facebook Tab. All the proceeds of this auction will help benefit children who don’t have the supplies they need for school this fall, and one of your site’s viewers might be the lucky winner of one-of-a-kind Booboo, Edi, or Jackson memorabilia. ”

The online version of Glamour UK has an interview with Rob that is mostly Remember Me focused because it just hit DVD format in the UK.
“Q: How do you deal with fame?
A: I just try to keep working. Even ten years ago, Leonardo DiCaprio always talked about being able to take a break away from everything, but I don’t think you can do that anymore. I think you need to capitalize and steer your career at the same time, because I think that, especially with a thing like Twilight, where it is literally such a huge universe…
Q: Is it a burden to you, but it opens doors?
A: It opens doors and it closes others, like anything does. You can say, ‘Oh if I was still unknown, then no one would judge me’, but at the same time, nobody would give a s*** either (laughter). It’s a weird little balance. And most of the time, you are just completely guessing what you should do, so I guess I’m just doing scripts that I think are good.
Q: Did the Twilight fans make shooting Remember Me in New York quite difficult?
A: The fan situation, completely, honestly, they were lovely. They would completely respond to people saying – “Please go and wait over there or something”, even when there were tons and tons of them, but it was like the paparazzi who were unbelievable. They were like jackals.”

Booboo Stewart Prank Master

On Friday during the Official Twilight Convention in Toronto, I caught the last 30 seconds of a trick that Booboo Stewart and his dad, Nils, pulled on Julia Jones. I was going over the media for the Lexicon presentation or I would have captured it via IPhone video.
Anyway, what happened was that Booboo and his dad snuck a cardboard cutout of a shirtless Booboo on stage behind Julia as she was giving her Q&A. The audience started laughing. Julia didn’t know what was going on and then she looked behind her and let out a minor shriek. Then Julia started talking to the cut-out asking it questions and giving purposefully bad ventriloquist answers.
Well Booboo and his dad’s reaction during the whole thing backstage was hilarious. They were like two 12-year-old boys who had put a whoopie cushion on their teacher’s chair. They were giddy, seriously. You had to see it. So I said, “I can’t believe I missed that! I would have taped the whole thing from a backstage perspective.” Well, that’s when they let me know that they had more planned. Booboo Stewart Added to the Guardians of Luna Cast

Today Cybergraphix Animation announced the addition of Booboo Stewart (Seth Clearwater, Twilight Saga) to the cast of upcoming anime DVD feature Guardians of Luna( See graphic of Booboo’s character above). Booboo will play the Jake Segerstrom alongside fellow Twilighter Kellan Lutz in the dark-action film, which will be completed in Fall 2011, and distributed by FUNimation Entertainment in North America.
Guardians of Luna centers around Carson Stone, who has come to Steelhenge looking for answers about his lineage. Driven by a mysterious letter from his father, what Carson uncovers is a city bearing an ancient curse. With each full moon, the city is terrorized by a pack of vicious werewolves. City leaders plan to eradicate the threat, and Carson must team up with three other werewolves in order to protect an ancient power source. In the process, they discover a dark secret about their ancestors that will force the “heroes” to make a crucial decision.on which could save humanity, or destroy it.
